Suggested use

Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Take 1 serving (2 caplets) twice daily with or without food or as recommended by your health professional. Take with a full glass of water in an upright position.

Other ingredients

Calcium citrate, polyethylene glycol, croscarmellose sodium; Less than 2% of: Gelatin, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, inulin, magnesium stearate, vitamin d3 (cholecalciferol).
