Suggested use

Start with 2 VeganCaps™ per day, and increase gradually over two weeks to suggested use of 8 capsules per day, or as advised by a qualified health care professional. Take with structured water, herbal tea, fresh vegetable/ fruit juices, a smoothie, on its own, or with foods. If you experience temporary beneficial cleansing reactions that you find undesirable (such as loose bowels), reduce amount used to 1 VeganCap, and then increase over several days to one serving per day. Refrigeration is not required.

Which ingredient contains the lead? Why is lead in this product? (As per the warning?)

I think this is all about "prop 65", do a study and determine for yourself but I can tell you I have taken and trust this product line for years with GREAT results. Prop 65 has brought wrong info 2 several companies due 2 liability for law but JMie's products are great, bar none. Hope this helped

Is it good with diabetes??

Vitamineral Green Supplement facts list total calories for daily maximum serving size of 8 capsules as 20 calories. Total carbohydrates are 2 g <1.96 of daily value. This is a plant based vegan supplement which appears to be very low calorie. Discuss all your supplements with your diabetes specialist. Best wishes for your good health.

California Proposition 65 Warning: This product contains lead and other chemicals known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. This right here made me pause. I liked everything in it except this part. Why does it include such things?
